FESTIVAL FOOD MART Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at FESTIVAL FOOD MART. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to meet business needs
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
