Feliza African Grocery and Beauty Store Inc. is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and manage merchandise effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members, to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Ability to work 30 hours per week
- Fluency in English
