Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Operations
- Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Lead by Example
- Set a positive tone for the front desk team by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies
- Requisition and manage inventory of front desk supplies, including paper, pens, and other essential items.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and machinery are in good working order.
- Develop and Implement Processes
- Develop and implement processes to improve front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
