Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Fulfillment Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Fulfillment Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while working collaboratively with our sales team, distribution partners, and supply chain team.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter customer orders with a focus on quality, accuracy, and speed
• Proactively manage existing customer orders through the use of reports
• Prevent and reduce returns and invoicing issues
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of requests from customers and sales teams
• Engage customers directly to resolve issues, clarify order requirements, and ensure delivery of products
Requirements
• 0-2 years of customer service/fulfillment/procurement experience
• Digital mindset: comfortable entering and retrieving data in a variety of software, CRM, and ERP platforms
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with peers and immediate leadership
• Energetic, strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work from multiple channels
