About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at 1420773 B.C. Ltd. as a General Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting: Prepare and submit comprehensive construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Scheduling and Progress Monitoring: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, protecting the company's interests.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprint, schemas, and drawings, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Material Procurement: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring consistency and excellence in construction projects.
  • Risk Management: Develop risk management plans, identifying potential threats and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
