We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Prepare and submit detailed estimates for construction project budgets.
- Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, and manage staff and volunteers effectively.
- Subcontractor Oversight: Hire and supervise subcontractors to ensure project standards are met.
- Project Planning: Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare contracts and negotiate any necessary revisions or changes.
- Quality Control: Establish and implement policies for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings accurately.
- Material Procurement: Direct the purchasing of building materials and land acquisitions.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of project data and information.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively.
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Work Environment- Job Type: Permanent position.
