Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, and staff to ensure successful project completion.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise project staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, making necessary revisions and adjustments.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Manage project budgets effectively.
  • Direct procurement of materials and land as needed.
  • Establish and execute quality assurance programs.
  • Formulate risk management strategies.
  • Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Organize and evaluate daily operational activities.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in construction management.
