Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotels, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and catering.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of department managers to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and policies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including health, liquor, and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience in hotel operations, management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve business performance.
