Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotels, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead a team of department managers to achieve business objectives, maximize profitability, and maintain effective cost controls.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of excellence in guest care, exceeding customer expectations, and driving loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to forecast hotel business, plan accordingly, and ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory regulations, including health, liquor, environmental, and fire code regulations.
- Represent Nova Hotels in local hotel, tourism, and business associations, promoting our brand and values.
