Off Grid Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Off Grid Caretaker to join our team at Arctic Kingdom Wilderness Operations Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our remote wilderness lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of the lodge and its facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
- Perform daily tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and waste management.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties, including meal planning and cooking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including welcoming and farewelling, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure the lodge operates efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in small projects and renovations, as required.
- Supervise and report on site staff and contractors, as needed.
- Previous experience in off-grid caretaking or a related field.
- Basic systems and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
