Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Patients
You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will direct patients to the appropriate department or healthcare provider, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients.
Ordering Office SuppliesYou will be responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring that our front desk area is well-stocked and organized.
Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintaining Work Records and LogsYou will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
Answering Telephone and Relaying MessagesYou will answer incoming calls and relay messages to the appropriate healthcare provider or staff member.
Performing Data EntryYou will perform data entry tasks, including updating patient records and other administrative tasks.
Providing Customer ServiceYou will provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeYou must have experience with electronic medical records, MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks.
Personal SuitabilityYou must have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.
ExperienceYou must have at least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Working ConditionsThis is a permanent position, working 30-35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
