Job Title: ECE Program Staff

WoodGreen is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Program Staff to join our team. As a key member of our Child Care and Family Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our group settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and implement daily programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Ministry of Education's policies and curriculum.
  • Provide guidance and care to children in groups, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct daily attendance records, medical information, and report to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Ensure the daily safety, health, and hygiene conditions of children.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) Certification from CECE.
  • Valid Standard First Aid/CPR-C.
  • Health assessment, including up-to-date immunization records and TB test required.
  • RECE membership # required.
