WoodGreen is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Program Staff to join our team. As a key member of our Child Care and Family Services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our group settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, supervise, and implement daily programs that meet the needs of children, their families, and staff.
  • Provide guidance and care to children in groups, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily attendance, medical information, and child progress.
  • Ensure the daily safety, health, and hygienic conditions of children, including supervision during outings.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and equipment maintenance.
  • Report any signs of physical or mental abuse of children to the proper authorities.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) Certification from CECE.
  • Valid Standard First Aid/CPR-C.
  • Health assessment, including up-to-date immunization records and TB test.
  • RECE membership # required.
