About the Role

Arctic Wolf is seeking a highly skilled Senior Endpoint Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for advancing our endpoint management strategy and ensuring the security and integrity of our endpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain endpoint security policies and baselines
  • Develop and implement repeatable and reusable standard operating procedures and practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance
  • Provide consultation and support for endpoint-related issues and incidents
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our endpoint security posture remains strong
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with a focus on endpoint security and management
  • Advanced knowledge of MDM systems, including Jamf and Intune
  • Experience with endpoint security tools and technologies, including EDR and SOAR
  • Strong understanding of security baselines and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple MDM platforms
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including data logging and monitoring
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications and Entra ID
