Job Title: Strata Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Brown Bros. Agencies Limited.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our strata properties, including condominiums and high-rises. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports.
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience in property management is an asset.
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and Yardi system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a client-focused approach.
