Job Title: Strata Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team at Brown Bros. Agencies Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our strata properties, including condominiums and high-rises. This is a permanent position, requiring a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained.
  • Hire and supervise support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare expense and income reports.
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
Requirements:
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused and dependable with efficient interpersonal skills.
