Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Lemon Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and you will be required to communicate effectively with staff and customers.Hours:

40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
