- Oversee the complete cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Organize and maintain documentation for accounts payable and general finance
- Generate invoices, process transactions, and conduct bank reconciliations
- Execute various financial duties including data entry, monthly financial reporting, and maintaining client records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
