Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at PCB Automotive Group and Finance Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and distribute mail and other materials
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
