Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KAASHI RESTAURANT INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Will train.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and to work effectively in a team environment.

Language and Work Hours

The primary language of work is English. The work hours are 30 hours per week.
