About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Specialist to join our Lower Sackville clinic. As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional service to our patients, often serving as the first point of contact. Your passion for people and drive to provide an outstanding customer experience will make a significant impact on our patients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer pre-testing services
  • Take Visual Acuities and patients' Medical History for the Optometrist
  • Prepare the exam room
  • Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process billing and payments
  • Manage appointment bookings and prescription printouts
  • Provide exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Administration experience is an asset
  • High comfort level using technology and computers
  • Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
