About the Role

Our Lower Sackville clinic is seeking a skilled Patient Services Specialist to join their team. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients. You'll be the first point of contact with the public, so you must be passionate about people and driven to provide an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role working up to 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday. Your responsibilities will include administering pre-testing services, taking Visual Acuities and patients' Medical History for the Optometrist, preparing the exam room, and communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email.

What We're Looking For
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Administration experience is an asset
  • A high level of comfort using technology and computers
  • A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
