We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Perfect Care Nursing Agency Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, as well as perform data entry tasks.
- Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
