Box Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Box Office Supervisor to join our team at the Pacific National Exhibition. As a key member of our TicketLeader team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Box Office, Call Centre, and its respective agents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support call centre agents and ticketing staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any ticketing issues that arise.
- Resolve patron issues in a professional and polite manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Manage secure cash deposits, monitor ticket booth crowds, and allocate floats, skims, and ticket stock as required.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all Ticket Office staff.
- Grade 12 completion required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Previous experience handling cash, credit, and debit cards, balancing documents, and performing accounting duties.
- Event ticketing software experience is an asset.
- Excellent guest service and customer relations skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
