We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge Sales Representative to join our team at Adecco Canada. As a Concierge Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Sell seat upgrades and Lounge/VIP packages to customers, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales.
  • Ticketing and Operations: Sell tickets using Cirque du Soleil's ticketing system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers with purchase decisions, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of products currently available to customers, understanding and relating purchasing policies to guests.
  • Data Collection and Cash Handling: Collect complete and accurate data from customers, follow proper cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the environment of the concierge in a way that is conducive to customer service, sales promotion, safety, and quality of work life.
Requirements
  • Experience: Have up-sell and advanced sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ticketing Software: Possess the ability to learn ticketing software and retain a high level of complex information.
  • Customer Service: Understand customer service and hospitality principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Teamwork: Work well with others, paying attention to details and working efficiently under pressure.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to different locations as required.
  • Language: Speak English fluently, with other languages being an asset.
