Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premium Server to join our team at Rogers Arena in downtown Vancouver. As a Premium Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in our premium clubs during games and concerts, ensuring a superior dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to guests in our premium clubs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis.
  • Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate the entire station and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the club.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm.
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time.
  • At least two years of service experience in a fine dining establishment.
  • Completion of Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
  • A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM).
  • Non-Canadian residents must have valid work permits expiring no earlier than October 2025.
