Position Summary:

The Swim Instructors and Lifeguards at Holland Bloorview are responsible for imparting essential water safety skills to individuals of diverse abilities within an inclusive environment. Candidates will also oversee aquatic programs and demonstrate leadership in their roles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior experience in teaching swimming lessons is essential
  • Must hold certifications in Swim Instruction and Lifesaving
  • A Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory

Compensation Details:

  • Instructor pay rate: $22.53/hour
  • Lifeguard pay rate: $19.72/hour
