About the Role

XCEL Landscape Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently.
  • Client focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
