Job Title: Senior Technical Services Sr. Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Services Sr. Associate to join our team at NavitsPartners. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for servicing and deploying computer equipment, utilizing data and settings migration, imaging, application installation, and various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Deploy and service computer equipment, including hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Utilize data and settings migration, imaging, and application installation technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide best-in-class service

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in technical services or a related field
  • Prior experience with data and settings migration, imaging, and application installation technologies
  • Proven customer service background and excellent communication skills
  • A+ certification or equivalent skill set
  • Certification in various hardware platforms may be required
