Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at TASTE OF BHAIA SWEET SHOP & RESTAURANT LTD., you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and process payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and travelers cheques.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to enhance the dining experience.
  • Offer recommendations and assist patrons in selecting menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Welcome guests, present menus, and respond to inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure their comfort.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
