We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Ricky's Breakfast cafe and Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to customers and take orders in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served at the correct temperature and in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
    • Answer customer questions and provide recommendations on menu items and beverages.
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers.
    • Stand for extended periods of time and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
