About the Senior UX Researcher Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher to join our team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end research initiatives to uncover user pain points, behaviors, and motivations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research-based decisions that inform product development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user research initiatives to inform product development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research-based decisions
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
  • Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Implement a UX research toolkit and stay informed on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of UX Research or Business Finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of business finance processes and Canadian financial regulations
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
