We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of The Bridg Group of Companies.
The ideal candidate will deliver extensive administrative assistance to our executive team, facilitating seamless operations and playing a key role in the success of our real estate division.
This full-time role presents considerable prospects for career advancement within our rapidly growing organization.
Executive Assistance:
Oversee and organize executives' schedules, appointments, and travel plans.
Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events for the executive team and the company.
Serve as a liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
Administrative Duties:
Execute administrative responsibilities such as managing emails and correspondence.
Keep precise records, files, and databases for the executive team.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone communications.
Address various personal tasks to support executive team members as part of this role.
Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field is required.
Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior management or relevant experience is necessary.
Proficient technology skills in utilizing all Microsoft Suite Software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc., are essential.
Capability to create and modify documents and PowerPoint presentations based on guidance from executives and senior management is required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, and manage continuously evolving requirements is crucial.
A flexible schedule is necessary to attend off-site meetings and events with or without executives.
Must possess a vehicle and have unrestricted access at all times.
Attendance at Annual Company & Community Events is mandatory.

~Provision of Daily Snacks and Beverages.
~Standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Weekend availability may be required to support executives.
