Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Fraseridge Realty Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
