About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmacists Manitoba. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Dispensary Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enhance Patient Care: You will identify opportunities to improve patient care and implement strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Support New Initiatives: You will work closely with our team to assess and support new ideas and projects aimed at improving pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Provide Professional Supervision: You will provide professional supervision to our pharmacy team members, including guidance on prescription dispensing and clinical activities.
- Manage Customer Service: You will be responsible for managing customer service and delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and support.
- Support Pharmacy Team Members: You will work closely with our pharmacy team members to provide support and guidance, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Pharmacist License: You must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing, with the ability to practice in Manitoba.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- English Proficiency: You will have strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
