We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Lexi Nails & Spa Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our spa operations, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily spa operations, evaluate daily performance, and plan and organize daily activities.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including spa therapists and receptionists.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Spa Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will have excellent judgement, organizational skills, and be able to work independently.
