Spa Operations Manager

At Lexi Nails & Spa Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Spa Manager will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations. They will also establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train and supervise staff. Additionally, the Spa Manager will address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that the spa is running efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
