Job Title: Spa Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Lexi Nails & Spa Inc.

Job Summary:

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our spa operations, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Supervise Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control the spa's budget and inventory, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Manage Contracts: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of the spa.
  • Client Focus: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, and ability to work in a permanent role.
