Job Title: Spa Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Lexi Nails & Spa Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our spa operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily spa operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily spa operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, promoting the spa's brand and services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a spa management role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Language of work: English.
