Job Title: Contract Teaching Position for Secondary Education

Job Summary: The Toronto District School Board is seeking a qualified teacher to fill a contract teaching position for secondary education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects to students in grades 10-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Computer Technology (TEJ) courses to students in grades 10-12
  • Teach Learning Strategies: Skills for Success (GLS) course to students in grade 12
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario teaching certification
  • Experience teaching secondary education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
