Position Overview:
As a Junior Business Systems Consultant, you will play a vital role in our organization, contributing to the enhancement of our operational efficiency and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- **Onboarding and Reporting Coordination:** You will oversee the integration of observability tools, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and effective reporting mechanisms to mitigate IT risks and system disruptions.
- **Dashboard Reporting Management:** Your role will involve the management of dashboard reporting for various monitoring systems, including New Relic and Moogsoft, ensuring that application teams leverage these tools effectively.
- **Cost Tracking and Analysis:** You will be responsible for monitoring licensing and infrastructure expenses, conducting billing queries, and contributing to budget forecasting initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- **License Management:** Ownership of the license tracking database and administration, ensuring compliance and efficient use of software licenses.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Business Analysis.
- Familiarity with New Relic and synthetic monitoring tools.
- Proficient in Configuration Management and Microsoft SharePoint administration.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB reporting and queries.
- Understanding of software licensing models, including server CPU core and end-user licensing.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
