About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Consultant to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Business Systems Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project implementation and acting as a subject matter expert in solutions on Salesforce's Financial Services Cloud and CRM Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation: Lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to the enterprise architecture roadmap.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology.
  • Solution Design: Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Leading and Mentoring: Support a diverse team of technology and project professionals, and provide guidance to team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
Requirements
  • Hands-on Experience: Supporting Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Business Systems Analyst: 3-5 years of experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects.
  • Financial Service Cloud: Experience with Dashboarding, Analytics, and Financial Service Cloud.
  • Agile Analysis: Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset.
  • Scrum Teams: Lead scrum teams in gathering requirements and documenting system solutions in the form of user stories, story maps, features, epics.
  • Integration and UAT Testing: Comfortable completing integration and UAT testing.
  • Requirements Planning: Experience in requirements planning and prioritization, including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.
  • Requirements Elicitation: Requirement elicitation techniques such as Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys.
  • Requirements Management: Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management, User provisioning & prioritization.

  • Scrum Environments: Experience working in Scrum environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator: Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical Thinking and Design Thinking skills with experience in User Centered Design.
