Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Establish and maintain a safe and clean store environment
  • Monitor sales performance and make recommendations to improve sales
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash and making bank deposits
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
