About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Pinchin Ltd. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of regulatory and due diligence projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee projects for a variety of clients, including regulatory and due diligence projects
  • Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Prepare proposals and business cases to secure new projects and clients
  • Conduct senior technical reviews of regulatory and due diligence submissions
  • Participate in business development initiatives to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Develop and mentor junior and intermediate staff to build leadership and mentorship skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in environmental consulting, with at least 3 years in a project management position
  • Experience with conducting and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence purposes
  • Working knowledge of O. Reg. 406/19 (Excess Soil Management) and O. Reg. 153/04
  • Experience with conducting underground storage tank removal programs and/or remedial excavations
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare effective proposals and business cases
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
