Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Two Hills Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
