Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling and sales transactions, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocate costs covered by employer.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, and permanent employment.
- Work Environment: 35 hours per week, English language, and a dynamic work environment.
