Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
