The salary for this role ranges from $88,990 to $127,923, with compensation determined by the applicant's qualifications and experience, as well as an internal equity assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Specialist will:

  • Continuously assess the clinical environment to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance in the formulation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are operationally viable and focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant health policies and best practices to inform planning and implementation of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to develop performance indicators for the assigned portfolio.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships that enhance service delivery.
  • Support clinical educators by providing expert clinical knowledge as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
  • A minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience, particularly in developing clinical practice guidelines and managing large-scale clinical projects.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education, training, and experience that meets the requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven leadership abilities to guide teams towards shared goals while fostering collaboration.
