Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with physicians and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Conduct general treatment and provide healthcare services in a specialist clinic atmosphere
  • Apply your skills in observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching
  • Ensure the emotional, spiritual, physical comfort, and safety of clients are met to the greatest possible extent
  • Utilize strong assessment skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven ability to effectively communicate

Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Nursing license through the provincial governing body in good standing
  • At least 1500 hours of varied nursing experience within the last 1-2 years
  • Confident and skilled to evaluate the need for further assessment outside of the community if necessary
