About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at TREHAN TAX LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business services and consulting firm operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Area of Work Experience: Management.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and ability to work in a permanent role with 30-40 hours per week.
